After completing the Refund Request Form, if your order is eligible for return and meet the requirements of our return policy then we will issue you an RMA number & directions that will be emailed within 48 hours of submitting your request.
Your product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After this timeframe, your items will not be eligible for return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 – 10 business days for us to process your return.
Damaged Items: Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at [email protected] and forward photos of any damage.
